Refunds and Returns Policy


All pick-up and in-person sales are final. We cannot accept returns for any reason. If you are dissatisfied with your order please send us an email at: or call the store at (239) 791-8063.

Missing Items from Farmers Market Pick-up

If your paid order was forgotten to be prepared for pick-up at one of our Farmers Market locations and the chicken salad(s) ordered are not available, you may substitute the missing item with an available item. If you choose not to substitute an item, a refund will be given for the missing item(s). Your receipt is required as proof of missing or incorrectly packed orders.

Shipped Orders

If there is an issue with your shipped order (missing or damaged), please contact us at or call the store at (239) 791-8063 within 30 days of the order.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds can take up to 10 days to post to your credit card. If you haven’t received a refund within 12 days, first check your credit card account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
